Participants will be asked to assess their own biases through engaging in experiential exercises, opening the door to tools that may minimize the impact these biases have on trans/gender diverse people. Materials will also touch upon intersectionality and  the effects of the current political landscape regarding equal rights for gender identity and sexuality.
